Are you special enough?

There is an old saying that the circumstances are easily to be changed; however, one’s personality is stable. Virtually, individual’s personality various a lot; these distinct personalities are formed under the control of genetic and circumstance. That is to say, under the basic influence of heredity, our personality is final decided on the circumstance. It is a widely accepted truth that our value and behavior changes under the same pace as the range of circumstance.

Last month, we did a test in order to show our personalities. The DISC tested us through some questions, and then gave the results through the illustrations of the answers. After the test, most of my friends’ attitudes were strongly agree, and so do I. One part of the test intrigued me a lot. The answer was divided into three parts. One graphic shows your mask, what is your personality in public; another graphic shows the truth of your inner space, which you controlled by heredity; the last graphic shows the personality in your mind. For most of friends, the three graphics are different in some degree, especially the first two graphics. That is to say the circumstance exerts pressures on us, and changed our personalities.

Maybe you are worried about your personalities; maybe you always admire others, now, please do not just feel down and criticize yourselves. There must be a way to make a change. Adjust to the circumstance, try to make your first step, then you will get encouraged because of the decreases of pressure. Besides try to make efforts to be accepted, we should also be aware that there is no precise definition for the good personality or disgust personality. If a person is impulsive, he must not be thoughtful; however, if a person is thoughtful, he must not be decisive. All kind of personality should be accepted and the main point is how to make you feel relax and comfort. There is no perfect personality, make a balance is all we should do.

To be a well self-understand man, we need to know our self and benefit from it. If you are benevolent, you can try some jobs about charities. If you are talkative, maybe the research jobs are not suitable for you. Cook may do not have the talent of running business; however, he can make a living by serving delicious feast to customs. Everyone is born gifted, develop our potential, challenge our ultimate limit, we can do a good job is any area.

Under the blue sky, we are sharing the same sunshine and warmth. Believe in ourselves, different personalities make us unique and valuable. You are the one, the most special and remarkable one.
