One manager has said that people they choose to interview will be employed at a certain rate. So pay attention to your resume.But there is no need to worry too much for it. A good resume only needs a heart. If the employer see your heart in the application, chances are yours.Never copy others for saving time. Don't regard the employers as fools. They can tell if the resume is sincere at the first sight. So for the resume,just put your heart in it, and make it your own.
If your resume is good enough, you may get a chance for interview. Someone may be too nervous to do his or her best. Well, it's reasonable. But there is no need for it.Never mind your words too much. One manager said:" I won't mind too much what the employee says. What I care is how he or she says." They just want to see your genuineness rather than your ability, as the ability has been proved in your resume.And your ability can be improved after you have been employed, while the genuineness is much harder. It is more likely to lead to the failure. So gunuineness is very important during the interview.
